If you think that people should be nice to one another, then by_x000D_ all means be nice. But when you project that belief onto the_x000D_ people and the world around you as if it were an objective reality,_x000D_ or worse still, as if it were their job to be nice to you, you put_x000D_ yourself at odds with what is, and suffering will surely follow.

Enlightenment is a destructive process. It_x000D_ has nothing to do with becoming better or being happier. Enlightenment is the_x000D_ crumbling away of untruth. It's seeing_x000D_ through the facade of pretence. It's the_x000D_ complete eradication of everything we_x000D_ imagined to be true.

In true meditation the emphasis is on being awareness; not on being aware of objects, but on resting as primordial awareness itself. Primordial awareness is the source in which all objects arise and subside. As you gently relax into awareness, into listening, the mind's compulsive contraction around objects will fade. Awareness naturally returns to its non-state of absolute unmanifest potential, the silent abyss beyond all knowing.

Nothing appears to be something. The human experience is a senseory organ for the divine self. Through these eyes, the divine gets to see itself in form.

Only when the pursuit ceases, is it possible to recognize what comprises you: pure being.

The more honest and authentic we are, the more deeply we go into the mystery of our own being.
