Every artist is different - I work with a lot of artists from the ground up because it's really amazing to watch projects go from Minute 1..

I just try and get the best out of an artist - we all have a responsibility to fill the world with awesome songs!.

I like to get a vibe first, then a melody and really beat up the melody for a while, then try and find a lyric that really suits him/her..

Every artist is different - the pop mentality is different than bands for me, because I'm playing a lot of the instruments..

Artists get to step outside their comfort zone a 'lil bit and we get some great songs!!.

Success is different for every artist - I get psyched when i help realise their vision etc..
