Memory keeps the dead alive in our thoughts, yet it can also be painful.
This quote by John Green suggests that our memories serve as a lens through which we can remember and honor those who have passed away. However, the act of remembering can also be a source of deep pain, as it forces us to confront loss and the absence of loved ones, leading to a complex relationship with memory and grief.
