Interpretation
Change is constant, and nothing remains the same over time.
This quote by Heraclitus illustrates the concept of perpetual change in life. Just as water in a river flows continuously, so do all aspects of existence evolve and transform, meaning one cannot experience the exact same moment or situation more than once.
