If we do not live and manifest in our lives what we realize in our deepest moments of revelation, then we are living a split life.

Embrace suffering, and you transform your relationship with what causes you to suffer, as well as your relationship with suffering itself.
Interpretation
Accepting suffering can change how we perceive it and cope with it.
This quote suggests that by embracing and accepting the suffering we encounter in life, we can alter our perspective and our emotional responses. Instead of avoiding or resisting suffering, recognizing it can lead to a deeper understanding and acceptance, fostering a healthier relationship not only with the sources of our suffering but also with suffering as a concept in itself.
In practice
During a motivational speech about overcoming adversity, you could use this quote to highlight the importance of accepting struggles.
If we do not live and manifest in our lives what we realize in our deepest moments of revelation, then we are living a split life.
Awareness isnβt something we own; awareness isnβt something we possess. Awareness is actually what we are.
The willingness to not bypass illusion is very important. We come to nirvana by way of samsara. We come to see the true nature of things by seeing through the illusory nature of things. We don't come to nirvana by avoiding samsara. We don't come to clarity by avoiding confusion.
Our illusions-the beliefs we hold on to-are the very doorways to our freedom. We simply have to enter through them without grasping or pushing away. We must not believe them, but we must not run away from them either. We need to see each moment of apparent bondage as an invitation to freedom. Then it becomes an act of love, an act of compassion, to stop running away.
Let go of all ideas and images in your mind, they come and go and arenβt even generated by you. So why pay so much attention to your imagination when reality is for the realizing right now?
The joke of it all is that you are looking from your true nature right now without knowing it. If you would stop being fascinated with the contents of your mind, you would experience what I am saying. Feel your way into what I am saying rather than thinking about it. Only a self-concept looks and longs for God. Drop your self-concept and there is only God meeting God. Enlightenment is the restoration of cosmic humor.
If we all worked on the assumption that what is accepted as true is really true, there would be little hope of advance.
Don't sit as if you have nothing to say. You should be bursting with things to say. You just choose at this particular place and time, not to say them.
Attacking bad books is not only a waste of time but also bad for the character. If I find a book really bad, the only interest I can derive from writing about it has to come from myself, from such display of intelligence, wit and malice as I can contrive. One cannot review a bad book without showing off.
And when you try too hard, it doesn't work. Try grabbing something quickly and precisely with a tensed-up arm; then relax and try it again. Try doing something with a tense mind. The surest way to become Tense, Awkward, and Confused is to develop a mind that tries too hard-one that thinks too much.
Truth will rise above falsehood as oil above water.
Trials make more room for consolation. There is nothing that makes a man have a big heart like a great trial. I always find that little, miserable people, whose hearts are about the size of a grain of mustard seed, never have had much to try them. I have found that those people who have no sympathy for their fellows β who never weep for the sorrows of others β very seldom have had any woes of their own. Great hearts can only be made by great troubles.
