Interpretation
Be present in the moment, regardless of your problems.
This quote by Eckhart Tolle emphasizes the importance of being fully present in the current moment rather than postponing mindfulness until all of life's challenges have been resolved. It suggests that the act of being present is essential and cannot be conditioned on the absence of troubles; rather, it should be embraced fully in the here and now.

The end of suffering happens in this very moment, whether you're watching a terrorist attack or doing the dishes. And compassion begins at home. Because I don't believe my thoughts, sadness can't exist.
