Life is a journey, not a destination; there are no mistakes, just chances we've taken.
Interpretation
Life is about experiences and growth rather than just reaching goals, and every choice is an opportunity to learn.
This quote emphasizes that the essence of life lies in the experiences we gather along the way, rather than merely achieving specific end goals. It suggests that there are no true failures, but rather opportunities that allow us to learn, grow, and appreciate the journey of living.

Everybody is an expert on one thing - that's what I learned in my high school journalism class - and that's, of course, his own life. And everybody deserves to live and have his story told. And if it doesn't seem like an interesting story, then that's the failure of the listener, or the journalist who retells it badly.
Almost all men are over anxious. No sooner do they enter the world than they lose that taste for natural and simple pleasures so remarkable in early life. Every hour do they ask themselves what progress they have made in the pursuit of wealth or honor and on they go as their fathers went before them till weary and sick at heart they look back with a sigh of regret to the golden time of their childhood.
