Medicine is of all the Arts the most noble; but, owing to the ignorance of those who practice it, and of those who, inconsiderately, form a judgment of them, it is at present behind all the arts.

Hippocrates highlights the noble nature of medicine as one of the highest arts. He believes that despite its significance, its perception suffers because both practitioners and the public may lack the understanding necessary to appreciate its complexities and challenges.
