And now let us believe in a long year that is given to us, new, untouched, full of things that have never been, full of work that has never been done, full of tasks, claims, and demands; and let us see that we learn to take it without letting fall too much of what it has to bestow upon those who demand of it necessary, serious, and great things.

We can choose to use our lives for others to bring about a better and more just world for our children. People who make that choice will know hardship and sacrifice. But if you give yourself totally to the non-violence struggle for peace and justice you also find that people give you their hearts and you will never go hungry and never be alone. And in giving of yourself you will discover a whole new life full of meaning and love.

Before a new chapter is begun, the old one has to be finished: tell yourself that what has passed will never come back. _x000D_ Remember that there was a time when you could live without that thing or that person - nothing is irreplaceable, a habit is not a need.

Movement has the capacity to take us to the home _x000D_ of the soul, the world within for which we have _x000D_ no name. Movement reaches our deepest nature, _x000D_ and dance creatively expresses it. Through dance, _x000D_ we gain new insights into the mystery of our lives. _x000D_ When brought forth from the inside and forged by _x000D_ the desire to create personal change, dance has the _x000D_ profound power to heal the body, psyche and soul.

There can be no progress without head-on confrontation.

To change skins, evolve into new cycles, I feel one has to learn to discard. If one changes internally one should not continue to live with the same objects. They reflect one's mind and psyche of yesterday. I throw away what has no dynamic, living use.
