The subtler one's awareness, the more powerfully it can heal.
Deepak ChopraRead
Every emotion is keyed into some bodily location, and taken all together, they form the emotional body.
Interpretation
Emotions are connected to specific areas of the body, creating a holistic representation of our emotional state.
Deepak Chopra suggests that every emotion we experience has a physical manifestation within our bodies. By understanding this connection, we can gain insight into our emotional health and well-being, highlighting the importance of our mental and physical states as interconnected aspects of our existence.

The subtler one's awareness, the more powerfully it can heal.
To promote the healing response, you must get past all the grosser levels of the body - cells, tissues, organs and systems -- and arrive at a junction point between mind and matter, the point where consciousness actually starts to have an effect.
It is only because you take your mind to be yourself, and make it dwell on what you are not, that you lose your sense of well-being.
The most creative act you will ever undertake is the act of creating yourself.
According to Vedanta, there are only two symptoms of enlightenment, just two indications that a transformation is taking place within you toward a higher consciousness. The first symptom is that you stop worrying. Things don't bother you anymore. You become light hearted and full of joy. The second symptom is that you encounter more and more meaningful coincidences in your life, more and more synchronicities. And this accelerates to the point where you actually experience the miraculous.
I will practice acceptance. Today I will accept people, situations, circumstances, and events as they occur. I will know that this moment is as it should be, because the whole universe is as it should be. I will not struggle against the whole universe by struggling against this moment. My acceptance is total and complete. I accept things as they are this moment, not as I wish they were.
Fable is more historical than fact, because fact tells us about one man and fable tells us about a million men.
My day passes between logic, whistling, going for walks, and being depressed. I wish to God that I were more intelligent and everything would finally become clear to me - or else that I needn't live much longer.
Whatever men expect, they soon come to think they have a right to; the sense of disappointment can, with very little skill on our part, be turned into a sense of injury. (senior devil speaking)
Calamities are of two kinds: misfortunes to ourselves, and good fortune to others.
Another school declares that all time has already transpired and that our life is only the crepuscular and no doubt falsified and mutilated memory or reflection of an irrecoverable process.
If there is one realm in which it is essential to be sublime, it is in wickedness. You spit on a petty thief, but you can't deny a kind of respect for the great criminal.
